Incentives
Since introducing the Production Incentives in 2016., Serbia has become a very attractive destination for international productions. The Incentives are administered on a firs-come, first-served basis.
The Program provides a 25% cash rebate on qualified Serbian spend. This cash rebate is applicable to local spend for international feature films, TV series and animated films. The minimum expenditure is 300,000 euros for featured films, TV films, TV series or 100,000 euros per episode, 150,000 euros for animated film, audio and/or visual co-production of an audiovisual project.

What makes us outstand from other countries in the region is that Serbian incentives also apply to tv commercials, corporate films and music videos. For these types of projects, the program provides a 20% cash rebate and 150,000 euros minimum expenditure on qualified Serbian spend.
